My name is Emma Ford. I am a licensed hairstylist & certified makeup artist. I have 9+ years of experience both behind the chair & as a bridal stylist. I specialize in lived in colors, curly cuts, formal hair and makeup application. If I'm not at the salon, you'll find me gardening at home, birding with friends, or traveling the world. CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure I can provide the best service to everyone, please review the following cancellation policy. Appointment Cancellations I kindly request a 24 HOUR NOTICE if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a 50% CANCELLATION FEE No-Call/No-Show Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notifying me will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost Repeated no-call/no-shows will require prepayment before booking future appointments Late Arrival If you arrive more than 15 MINUTES LATE, I will either shorten your service or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other clients Deposits Certain services, such as color corrections, fashion colors, or any of my travel bridal services, may require a non-refundable deposit.
